After Care Group
A group intended for those who have recently graduated from DBT programming and would benefit from reviewing the DBT skills a bit longer than the length of standard adult programming typically allows. This group meets for 1.5 hours per week for up to six months for those who have completed one of our Standard or Trauma-informed Adult DBT groups.”
