Approach: Learning about ourselves is a lifelong process. We tend to think that we are steadfast beings, stuck in our ways. I believe that we are all capable of connecting deeper with ourselves and the world around us. Through curiosity, creativity, and relationship-building, therapy hopefully becomes a place where you learn to care for and integrate each part of yourself as you navigate changes. I utilize a mix of techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS, parts work), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic theories, while maintaining a trauma-informed and person in environment lens.
Hobbies: In my free time I love throwing myself into random hobbies related to art and music. Currently, I am obsessed with crocheting, drawing, and taking pictures with my polaroid camera. I also dabble in pickleball, rock climbing, and playing with my mischievous cat, Bean.
