Plymouth Office
Madelyn Chladek, MSW, LGSW
Approach: As a therapist, I am committed to cultivating an environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I want to provide you with the space to express yourself freely in whatever way you need without fear of judgement or critique. We are not made to shoulder life’s difficulties on our own. Throughout this journey, I hope to partner with you in developing coping skills that are specific to your emotions and identifying negative automatic thought patterns. This insight and self-awareness will allow you to better achieve your goals and guide your journey towards healing.
I use techniques consistent with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), strengths based and person-centered therapy. My practice is rooted in providing care that is trauma informed and culturally sensitive.
Hobbies: Outside of the therapy space, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, reading, playing board games, going to yoga and taking walks with my dog Harvey.
