Our Team

Hello, my name is Hannah Baker, and I am starting as the new student intern! Minnesotan born and raised, I graduated in 2016 from Winona State University with a BA, and I am now working towards getting my graduate degree to become a licensed social worker at Bethel University in St. Paul. I have a background in targeted mental health case management, adult rehabilitative mental health services, and county systems navigation. I am motivated by providing person-centered, and culturally competent care, and serving my local community. In my personal life I spend most of my time outside, reading, cuddling with my cat, hiking, and playing guitar, and spending time with my amazing and fun friends and family.
