Approach: My biggest joy is helping clients use their experiences in life to build resilience and empowerment. I help clients find areas to take control in their lives amidst harmful circumstances and oppressive systems. I focus on individual strengths and creative strategies to assist clients in the therapy process. My work is rooted in cultural awareness, holistic healing, DBT and cognitive approaches, other evidence-based practices, and capability for change. Most importantly, I work from a trauma-informed perspective and will work together with clients to discover foundations of mental health symptoms. I use the skills of empathy, humor, and unconditional positive regard. It is of utmost importance to me to create a safe, nonjudgemental space for all people I work with. I enjoy engaging my clients in self-reflection and will be your biggest motivator. I currently hold a Master of Science Degree from St. Cloud State University and am working to become a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Minnesota. I am very much looking forward to joining you in your own individual journey.

Hobbies: Running is my biggest stress reducer! I also engage in professional photography and other art forms, which I love bringing into therapy. I enjoy time with family and friends and traveling when I can. Pickleball has become a new favorite of mine, as well.
