Approach: Helping people feel empowered to live a life worth living is my priority, so I use a collaborative, supportive, and validating approach in counseling to help people learn skills to live the life of their choosing. Sessions with me will include mindfulness, self-reflection on skills, creating attainable goals, and finding ways to move forward in a meaningful direction.

Hobbies: Exploring local hiking trails and parks, connecting with friends and family, volunteering, reading, creating, and getting my dog outside.
